POLICIES AND AGREEMENTS

IBROWS BY OLGA IS AN EXCLUSIVE ATELIER OPEN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR DETAILED ARTISTIC SERVICES, WE KINDLY REQUEST THAT YOU DO NOT BRING CHILDREN OR PETS WITH YOU TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.

LATENESS:
If arriving 15 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time, the appointment is subject to being cancelled and the deposits will be forfeited.

NO GUESTS PLEASE:
Due to the nature of our detailed services and Health department Regulations, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. Please no friends, spouses, children, and pets allowed. (apply only for Permanent Makeup Appointments)

DEPOSITS:
A deposit is required to book and confirm all appointments. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your session. This deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a future appointment one time.

BALANCE:
Remaining balance is due immediately upon service completion. We take credit and debit cards we appreciate cash when pay your balance. Thank you

TOUCH-UPS:
Your first touch-up appointment can be scheduled for a date no sooner than 8 weeks and no later than 12 weeks following your first session. This touch-up appointment sometimes is crucial for the best results when your skin doesn't hold pigment well, the price for this 8 weeks touch up is $99 (for microblading, other services might be different ). Additional touch-up appointments may be needed for oily, problematic skin, those with dark pigmented skin and people who do not follow after care instructions properly.

EXISTING TATTOOED EYEBROWS:
We are extremely selective when working over other tattoo artist's work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, we request that you email us clear photos of your brows for approval at ibrowsbyolga@gmail.com BEFORE booking your appointment . Please book a new full Microblading Service, the Touchups appointments can only be selected for previous clients of iBrows by Olga.

IMPORTANT FOR ANY SERVICE:
Healed results will vary with each individual client. No guarantees can or will be made. Additional sessions (at a minimum charge) may be required to obtain optimal results. We have the right to refuse any client. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less then desired outcome as each client will heal differently. This policy applies to all services that we provided in our facility. That is why there is not refunds after service has been provided.
Payment Policy
IBrows by Olga accepts all major credit cards, debit cards , cash, Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay and Google Pay. No personal checks or money orders.
All permanent makeup appointments require a non-refundable deposit to book.
This booking fee goes toward your total investment and holds your spot on the calendar. Please book your appointment online. After selecting a date and time, you will receive instructions for your appointment. Your appointment is not booked until you have paid your deposit. Please review our cancellation policy below prior to booking.

Cancellation Policy
Please read this policy before booking any appointments at IBrows by Olga to make sure you fully understand. The reason for this policy is that we remain very booked for all services, with some clients waiting many months to be seen. While we are ever so grateful for our wonderful clients, timely and efficient service is a must for us to provide outstanding customer service. If you fail to comply with these policies we are unable to service everyone in a fair and efficient way. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and these policies exist to give all clients the absolute best experience possible. We are so thankful for your business and welcome any inquiries about this policy!
For all appointments, a 48 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We just ask that you please call and let us know, (voicemail if need be), text or email us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time to cancel or reschedule. Should you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before your appointment?, you will forfeit your booking deposit. Should you wish to reschedule your appointment at that point?, you definitely can! You will have to pay another non-refundable deposit to book another date.
If you are over 15 minutes late to any appointment, you will be asked to reschedule, and the same policies above will apply. This is due to the fact that all clients receive thorough consultations and detailed, precise work. As a result, we will not rush your appointment or others. Therefore if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will forfeit your deposit..
